Important Precautions for Using Your ATM Card

To keep your card usable and protect it from misuse, please follow these simple precautions:

  1. Collect Your PIN: Obtain your Personal Identification Number (PIN) from your branch.
  2. Change Your PIN: Change the PIN immediately to a number of your choice during the first use at any ATM.
  3. Keep Your PIN Confidential: Memorize your PIN and keep it confidential. Do not write it down anywhere.
  4. Sign Your Card: Upon receiving your card, sign on the signature panel on the reverse side immediately.
  5. Avoid Electronic Gadgets: Do not keep your card near electronic gadgets such as fridges, TVs, or mobile phones.
  6. Handle with Care: Do not bend or scratch the card.
  7. Separate PIN and Card: Never keep your PIN and card together.
